The River Club

The River Club golf course, Observatory

The River Club Golf Course is situated in suburban Observatory, Cape Town, South Africa. River Club GC was designed by TBA as a Par 27 with 9 holes and follows all principles of short course layouts with 18 tees, nine greens, golf teaching academy, qualified PGA golf professionals and more

The River Club Golf Course is a short course that runs along the Liesbeek River. Centrally located at the corner of Liesbeek Parkway and Observatory Road off M5 which links to all major routes to Mother city.

The River Club Golf Course is made up of undulating vivid green fairways that give way to majestically smooth putting greens under the stark blues and wispy clouds of the Cape Town skyline. The River Club has matured into a brilliant testing facility for rookies and semi pros alike.

The River Club has an epic double storey, 90 bay tee evening practise driving range capability. The sheltered bays protect against the often swift changing Cape Town weather. This all-weather floodlit golf driving range whole with target greens, is probable one of South Africa's finest.
